Channel Filter: View Product Status by Advertising Channel

At the top-right corner of the Dashboard, there is a channel selector dropdown (e.g., β€œGoogle channel”) that allows users to filter product data by advertising channel.

Purpose:

  • Helps users track product sync and approval statuses for each channel independently (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok).

  • Enables better error handling and channel-specific optimization.

How to Use:

  1. Click the dropdown menu next to "Dashboard."

  2. Select the desired channel:

    • Google channel (default)

    • Microsoft Shopping

    • Meta catalog (coming soon)

    • TikTok catalog (coming soon)

  3. The Dashboard will refresh with:

    • Product statistics for the selected channel

    • Resource usage specific to that channel

    • Channel-specific sync & approval data

Overview

  • Current plan: Displays your current subscription (e.g., Free).

  • Products imported to FeedNexa: Total number of products pulled from your Shopify store into the app.

  • Products submitted to Shopping channel: Total number of products submitted to the currently selected channel (e.g., Google, Microsoft)

Submitted Products = Imported Products - Invalid Products

Invalid Products: Products are invalid for shopping channel requirements and won't sync.

Resource Remaining

  • Processed Products (used %): Shows the number and percentage of products processed by FeedNexa out of the allowed quota of your current Plan (e.g., 480/500 used = 96%).

  • Pending Products: Products exceed your plan limit.

See the quota of your Plan in Pricing Page

Product Statistics

A pie chart and summary metrics display the current product sync status for the selected channel:

  • βœ… Synced Products: Products successfully submitted to selected channel.

  • ❌ Invalid Products: Products are invalid for shopping channel requirements and won't sync.

  • 🟒 Approved Products: Products approved by the selected channel.

  • πŸ”΄ Disapproved Products: Products rejected by the selected channel.

πŸ”„ Refresh Data The "Refresh data" button (located at the top-right corner of the Product Statistics section) allows users to manually update the sync and approval status of their products.

  • This ensures that the statistics reflect the most up-to-date data from the connected advertising channel.

  • Useful when you've recently made product updates, fixed sync errors, or changed product feed rules and want to see immediate results on the dashboard.
