How to add XML feed to Facebook Catalog?

If you're using FeedNexa to generate an XML feed for your Shopify store, here's how to add it to your Facebook Catalog and start running Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) effectively.

Step 1: Go to Meta Commerce Manager

  1. Visit:

  2. Select the Business Account that owns your Catalog - you want to add feed

  3. Under Assets, choose Catalogs, then click your catalog (e.g. FeedNexa)

Step 2: Go to the Data Sources Tab

  1. In the left panel, select Data Sources

  2. Click Product Data Sources

  3. Click Add Items

Step 3: Select β€œData Feed” as Upload Method

  • Choose: Use Data Feed

  • Click Next

Make sure you have full permission to manage Catalog

Step 4: Add Your XML Feed URL

  1. Choose: Use a URL

  2. Paste your XML feed URL from FeedNexa then Next

Confirm settings

Your XML feed is now successfully connected to Facebook Catalog.
